Vodafone Smart 5.23.0 MOD (Premium Unlocked/VIP/PRO)

Thomas C: Unreliable app. You are lucky if about 1 out of every 10 calls to and or from the watch actually works. One end can't hear the other if you are lucky enough for it to connect. Very poor product.

Darren F: Ok at first, but.... After a couple of months it suddenly stopped working and had to re-register my phone number. Ok, I thought, but no. Received a pin to register. Error, try again. And so I did 4 or 5 times more. 3 new pins later, I've given up. However, my curve is active I think, and location unknown. Alarm activated, battery level, who knows? All the reasons why I bought this in the first place. Going to try again tomorrow. ?? If anything changes, I will post an update.

Glyn Waldron: I've had this for a while and the app connection is not the best. I've used it today and the app won't even open. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, however every time I enter the code, I just get a loading screen which never changes. Tried with and without wifi but no difference. Waste of money

Javier Miguel-Hidalgo: Would give this app 0 stars if I could. Performance is glacial when things do work and connectivity between phones and the watch is abysmal! We try and make calls and if they do connect then only one side of the call gets to hear the conversation What's the point in getting your kid a so called smart watch if things don't work and you basically get a dumb-watch? Absolutely rubbish experience!!

Gillian Comrie: Issue after issue after issue with the app. Would show location on map, photos etc. But couldn't call my son or message him Uninstalled, reinstalled, worked. For a period Until it happens again and have to repeat the process. Son was messaging me this morning fine. Now it won't load chat (again). Uninstalled and reinstalled and now won't even let us log in. For the money you spend on the watch (which my son loves), and the monthly payment to stay in contact, it's really not worth the hassle

Sean Blackhurst: I don't feel safe using this app for my child. The watch and app barely ever work or connect, messages and calls do not connect in short unreliable at the very best. AVOID and go for a different service. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, still very unreliable, not safe for children Already contacted Vodafone more than once.

Cat Belzebu: Easy to use! Recommend! But Needs some improvements: 1. Sometimes the app gets "confused" with the location, but nothing that an update doesn't solve. 2. Issues on adding a 2nd device. Solved during an afternoon with some patience and updates from the app. 3. Not possible to see the location of 2 or more devices in the same screen at the same time. The need to select each at the time to see the location is a bit bad. At least 2-4 should be made available to see on the same screen.

Richard Pope: I had a small and confusing issue on first setup (after adding my first device it didn't show that device... Logging out and back in fixed it), but other than that seems good so far. Certainly haven't had any of the problems that lots of other people have had. That said, I wish there were ways to export past location data, or integrate with other smart tech (maybe using IFTTT, webhooks, whatever). The fact that this exists in isolation limits how useful it is.

Chris Hart: I read the reviews before purchasing but, with this being Vodafone, I still believed that the app can't be as bad as what people are saying. Now that I have the Curve tracker, I can honestly say that it's extremely painful to try to use. The Curve just keeps annoyingly beeping and I wouldn't mind as much if the location would actually update, which it won't! It doesn't work. An absolute load of rubbish and a complete waste of money! The only option I have is to turn it off to stop the beeping!

Rob Williams: It more or less works, most of the time. Setting up the Neo watch took multiple attempts (it kept giving up, with helpful messages along the lines of "something went wrong, try again later"), but got there over a couple of hours. It's fine for a second line of safety (ie a competent child who you'd be happy sending out without a tracking watch). I absolutely wouldn't use it for something safety critical that might go missing and not be able to sort themselves out.
