Rich: I couldn't wait to uninstall this app but first I had to stop those ads. Such a peculiar app. I couldn't find one complete show or season. Just bombarded with non-stop ads as I attempted to do anything including exiting. I can't figure out who is the intended audience. Those needing ads to fall asleep? ???????? Truly horrible app. If you don't believe me, try it for a few seconds. You won't last beyond that. At the end you will appreciate paid streaming services that keep you sane.

Haley Kelley: The ads are played over and over again and if the app glitches, which it usually does, then you have to start the commercials over and watch them again and again and it takes over an hour to watch 40 mins of a show. It's frustrating and I always find myself looking for other shows to watch before the cw ones because of the annoyance of this app

Megan Snider: App continuously crashes. Always after watching the commercials during a commercial break. It just closes and then you have to reopen, go to continue, rewatch the entire set of commercials and hope it doesn't crash again at the end of the commercials. Just now it crashed 3 times in a row before it finally let me get through them back to the show.

Kathy Koetzner: I was hooked on CW and CWseed. Now the app is updated and I can't rotate the screen to have a larger picture on my phone. Sadly I stopped watching shows I love and if the CWseed app does the same thing I will be out of luck permanently.I have tried to watch Sleepy Hollow several times. Adaline W: What's the point of even having an app if it doesn't even want to work? I can get the app to load but as soon as I click on a show to watch it says You encountered an error! Um how I have data and tried playing on wifi and still have the same issue. I only use the app to watch 2 shows without having to pay for them on a different app. I never had this issue until recently. FIX IT!

Elijah Libbey: It is very glitchy, and has way too many ads, you might watch the show for 7 minutes and then, if you are lucky 6 ads, but more like 20. It will play anywhere from one to five, and then get stuck, and you have to start it over and over again. Maybe 20 minutes to get to the show again. On the glitch part obviously not everyone has that problem, but I am not the only one. It only happens on the ads. I think ads are in HD but not the rest, so if you have fast service you are probably fine.

Melissa Weeks: The app works fine other than there's no way to disable the descriptive audio so you're forced to have every move in the show explained to you as it happens. But streaming from the app is a nightmare. It used to just freeze and revert back to the last ad. Now it no longer works at all with chromecast. It tries to load, then just goes to a still picture and won't play. I even tried uninstalling and redownloading. It just won't work.

Meghan McIntyre: The reviews that showed were NOT friendly in the least. However, I'm glad I ignored them. To put it in perspective...this app is EXACTLY what you'd get watching The CW on cable, but totally free. And a MUCH BETTER version than I had on Roku in regards to the commercials..they'd play multiple times in a row and it was maybe 5 change ups in the course of multiple episodes. My one complaint is that the true fullscreen experience disappears randomly between episodes. Overall, totally worth it.

Brendan Jagde: This app hasn't worked for me in months, whenever I try to play a video, the app shows an "error occurred" message, I have tried everything to fix this problem, thinking it may be with my phone, but it is not, this app was very poorly made, and very unusable, and that isn't even considered that amount of ads in this app, I get to watch a show for 5 minutes, then get blasted with 7.5 minutes of ads.

Sean Gill: One of the most money grabbing apps I've ever used. If you try to go back to a point in the video that's before an ad it replays all of the ads you've already watched even if you already seen them. And if you think that you'll just click after where the ad is, good luck because if you click within 2 minutes of the ad in either direction it still makes you watch 5 mins of ads. Bad app, I don't recommend.
