Bolt: Request a Ride 0.0.1 MOD (Premium Unlocked/VIP/PRO)

M Woodall: Terrible. Used twice. First time the price changed by 50% more than the accepted price without notifying me. Second, drivers accepting the fare then obviously picking up different fares on the way. I was charged for taxis not turning up and the best part refunding the money to a bolt balance even after saying I'm deleting the app and don't want to use it.

James Kennedy: Driver competency varied, often trips are cancelled because they driver found better price on a customer on a different app. inaccurate pricing, scooter passes are gone, when I had paid for a subscription. Promo codes are given, but then they don't work due to error till they expire and then they go oooops. Just use your feet at this point

Putinelu Alin: Story Time: When I needed it the most it failed the driver didn't stop and gone to the hills, I was standing at 2 empty parking spaces and was with my phone straight up and he was on the separate lane. Of all drivers I think it would be common sense when you arrive at the dot you park close so that the customer can walk a bit to your car. But not go 2 kilometers to turn around just to later turn again around. The app needs to give out specific rules to the driver and cancellation fee only 50%.

Boris Shubin: In the latest version CA.57.1 pick-up and destination location selection by pointing on the map no longer works. Making this once great service almost useless. Had to switch to another taxi service until Bolt fix this issue. If ever.

Cristina Iannone: it's overall a good service. wWhen there is more demand though the app becomes problematic, drivers keep on canceling you on their previously accepted pick up requests. Sometimes locations are not very accurate and can cause problems, the drivers are shown to go somewhere else. There is always room for improvement.

Daniel Kis-Nagy: Over the past year, the map got significantly worse (addresses it can't find so you need to set a neighboring street and walk, incorrectly detected starting point etc.), the estimations are no longer accurate and you almost always pay more, and worst of all, I've got many cases when I waited minutes for a driver who was supposed to come, only for him to cancel it a minute before the supposed arrival ? and there's nothing you can do about it, you can't even rate a driver who didn't pick you up.

Alireza Honarfar: I was overcharged,later I found other hidden prices in the bill(If I used any other taxi it was cheaper and faster). When submitted a complain, I only got a discount on next order!. I asked them to pay the money back before I delete my account. Instead of paying the amount, they insisted in deleting the account per my request! Interestingly, they can overcharge you but they can not pay it back!...the money is gone. My advice: Don't use bolt, it's waste of money and time.

Daniel van der Spuy: Fast & snappy app with lots of clear communication about what's happening. My only feedback is it'd be good to know if drivers are completing another drop-off in the app/on the map to prevent confusion when waiting for pick-up and see their ride driving away or taking a strange route. I was also shown every potential driver's name and photo before they actually accept your ride which feels like pointless sharing of Bolt drivers' personally identifiable information - which doesn't add any value

Karl Uibo: Been using bolt for years and it has been good but the more features are added the slower and problematic the experience becomes. I have a flag ship phone and the performance in newer verions is much worse than older versions on an older phone ever were. The user experience is deteriorating. Talked to a taxy driver and he said his app crashes several times a day when 3 years ago it was solid. Please fix the app!

Laiwah Fong: It maybe cheaper at times but not great as it's doesn't have option to return journey or add additional destinations. Meaning that you have to pay full fare to return to final destinations which could be from where first picked up. Meeting that if you wanted a return your mire likely to have to get into another cab and wait???... bolt you really need to look into this if you want to become competitive to uber that's what they can provide add on destinations and not charge customers full fare. ?
